How to read an EnergyGuide label

Eve Troeh reported today on TVs made after May 10, 2011 will be required to sport an EnergyGuide label. Below is one example of what one type of label would look like:

All labels for televisions will show the estimated annual energy cost and a comparison of annual energy costs of other televisions with similar screen sizes.

Buying your TV online? Starting July 11, 2011, retail electronics websits will be required to display an image of the EnergyGuide label. For more information about EnergyGuide labels in general go to this Federal Trade Commission website.
