AT&T is the most hated, says Consumer Reports

John Moe Dec 6, 2010

This is the kind of situation AT&T finds itself in these days. When Consumer Reports does a massive survey of 58,000 readers and the results come back, AT&T is the most hated wireless provider. But as if that’s not bad enough, that’s the company that gets the headline.

Of course, I feel even worse for U.S. Cellular which comes out on top and was included in the annual survey this year now that it’s available in 26 states. But you really have to dig in to most coverage to even find U.S. Cellular, which beat out last year’s champ, Verizon.
