Not sure. But we do know that Microsoft is charging that Google has mislead its customers over how much scrutiny its software has received in terms of privacy. This charge comes as part of a lawsuit filed by Google charging that the bidding process for a huge deal to provide office software for government agencies was rigged in Microsoft’s favor. Google has been trying to make inroads to government contracts with a set of specially designed office applications but Microsoft is pretty well entrenched in just about any office you walk in to.
