The German chancellor is in Washington for an official visit, and commentator David Frum talked about the one topic he thinks needs to be on the agenda. A new study shows that nearly one-third of employers are planning to drop health insurance for workers in 2014. Arizona is struggling to handle a wildfire, and pay for its damages — other states around the country are struggling with their natural disasters too.
