Viacom and Time Warner are trying to get along

Time Warner Cable wants to let its subscribers stream their cable TV on their iPads. Viacom says no way, that’s a violation of their agreement. Viacom took Time Warner to court over the matter, and Wednesday, an order made public reveals the two companies are trying to work things out. Right now, no one from either company is talking.
