So the Samsung Galaxy Nexus is the newest, snazziest, up-to-datest phone on the market. And it runs on Ice Cream Sandwich.
As a result, it does not have Flash. Doesn’t support it, won’t run it. So now it’s up to you to decide if that means it’s supposed to be good DESPITE the fact that it doesn’t run Flash or BECAUSE it doesn’t run Flash. Obviously, iPhones have never run the program and have done quite well as a result but neither will Android phones running on the Ice Cream Sandwich operating system, also known as Android 4.0. Google says it will have an update to 4.0 by the end of the year but that future versions of Android will never have Flash at all. This comes at a time, of course, when Adobe itself says it’s not going to develop Flash for mobile anymore anyways. Mourn you til I join you, Flash. See you at the crossroads.
