Apple tells Samsung to make weird awful tablets

John Moe Dec 6, 2011

Apple has been suing Samsung for a while over the Galaxy Tab (yep, alleged patent violations) A legal document recently made public reveals that Apple is actually being very helpful to Samsung by suggesting new ways Samsung could make a tablet that WOULDN’T make Apple mad. Specifically, just don’t make a tablet that is thin or rectangular or black. See? So easy. Also, try a cluttered appearance so it doesn’t resemble the iPad’s clean appearance.

SAMSUNG EXEC: So if we make one that’s pink in the shape of a pyramid and it’s really bulky and the screen is a total mess…

APPLE EXEC: Yes, that would be great. Good luck! Sounds awesome.
