And finally, to great-grandmother Clara Cannucciari. Probably America’s oldest Internet sensation. Her cooking videos, “Great Depression Cooking,” focus on frugal, old-time recipes And they’ve garnered more than four million hits on YouTube.

Clara is now 97 years old and lives with her daughter-in-law Nancy, in upstate New York. Take a listen to the audio above to hear her share one of her favorite things to cook, the “Poor Man’s Meal.”
