French jets are attacking ISIS targets in an attempt to disrupt supply lines, and to gain command and control. On this morning’s show, we talk about ways countries might interrupt funding to terrorist groups like ISIS.

Joining us is Louise Shelley is the Director of the Terrorism, Transnational Crime and Corruption Center and a professor at the School of Policy, Government and International Affairs at George Mason University. She’s also the author of “Dirty Entanglements: Corruption, Crime, and Terrorism.”
