At Christmas, Santa is everywhere. In New York, he’s on street corners, at parties, in department stores. Another place you can find him? Working as a trial attorney in New York City, where he goes by the name Dana Friedman. Marketplace’s Clare Toeniskoetter met with Friedman at his office in lower Manhattan to learn what it’s like doubling as Santa Claus.
