Production Fellow
SHORT BIO
Lina Fansa is a former production fellow on “How We Survive” a climate change podcast by Marketplace. She’s based in New York.
Lina left her hometown Beirut, Lebanon, to pursue a career in design, only to find her true passion lies in storytelling. After a few years of working as a PR manager at Universal Music MENA, she went on to obtain her journalism degree at Columbia University where she fell in love with audio as a medium. She has reported and produced narrative podcasts for Columbia Radio News, Shoe Leather and Telling True Stories in Sound.
If the weather permits, you can find Lina outdoors on her bike or taking a long hike between trees and crispy air. She enjoys discussing film plots, going to the theater and watching live music from artists around the world.
