Arbitration agreements are hiding in those terms and conditions you don't read

We're all signing arbitration agreements all the time, without even knowing it — just by signing up for a streaming service or joining a gym.

"For most everyday people going through their lives, they will enter into these [arbitration] agreements without realizing it," said David Horton, a law professor at UC Davis.
