As the Fed wraps up its two-day meeting, economists are looking to the Treasury Department for details on how the federal government plans to borrow money through the end of the year.

The yield on the 10-year Treasury note reached a 16-year high Tuesday. That benchmark rate lifts interest rates on other loans.

The market that sets the rate for the 10-year T-Note is betting that growth will continue and inflation won't last.
